Some Important Information

We have the following delivery/pickup methods to choose from!

1. Ready-made delivery service or that urgent DIY kit. Please note this service is only available to customers within about 50km radius of South Melbourne VIC 3205 and applicable to ready-made terrariums or DIY kits. 

2. Regular or express delivery service. Applicable to all DIY kits etc... Australia wide to all states. NOT applicable to ready-made terrariums. Please ready below for further details. 

3. Local pickup. Please select pickup option at the checkout and we'll send you a notification when it's ready for pickup. Please note we usually stock a great rage of terrariums at out store in South Melbourne. However if you're after a specific shape and style it's always best to order online and pick it up. 

Please note that during December, the free pickup option will not be available due to space constraints at the store. However, we have plenty of terrariums available, so you can browse and purchase directly without needing to place an order online first.

If you're ordering a ready-made terrarium or a DIY kit within 50km of South Melbourne the following delivery arrangements will apply if you select the ready-made delivery service at the checkout. 

For Monday Delivery - Not available. 

For Tuesday Delivery - Not available. 

For Wednesday Delivery - Please order by Wednesday 12pm

For Thursday Delivery - Not available. 

For Friday Delivery - Please order by Friday 12pm

For Saturday Delivery - Please order by Saturday 10 30am

Sunday - Not available.

Please select "Ready-made delivery service " at the checkout. 

IMPORTANT - If selecting "Ready-made delivery service" please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery or that we can safely leave the order at the premises, to avoid re-delivery fees. 

We can only deliver ready-made terrariums within about 50km of South Melbourne (Except for Eternal range). Don't forget our complete DIY kits are extremely popular and a great activity to do. We can ship DIY kits Australia wide and they usually get dispatched via courier every Monday and Thursday. Usually within 2-5 business days but sometimes may get delayed. 

PICKUP option is also available. Please select pickup option at the checkout when placing your order. We're located inside South Melbourne Market in aisle B opposite the big computers sign. Pickup is only available on WED FRI SAT SUN between 8am - 4pm. Also please wait until you receive pickup ready notification from us. 

Sending it as a gift? Please include your gift card message under "Order instructions" during the checkout process. Forgot to add it? No worries! Please send it via the chat service after placing the order or email us with your order number. 

Disappointed that you can't get ready-made? DIY kits are a great way to create your own personalised dreamy landscape. You just need to follow along with the provided instructions (if you want to) and allocate a good hour or so for your creative activity. Please don't feel disheartened that we can't deliver ready-made if you live over the delivery range, you'll have more fun if you order a DIY kit. Don't forget our DIY kits come with everything you need to build up your own terrarium. The complete kit includes all the base layers, plants, the container, moss and building instructions.

Please note terrariums are not very travel friendly. We can't simply put a ready-made terrarium in a box and send it nationwide. We wish we could, but unfortunately it's not practically possible. Our complete DIY kits are a great way to solve this issue for customers who live over 50km away, or please check out our Eternal range which can be shipped as ready-made nationwide.
